Zusammenfassung

Mit 40 Mitarbeitern befähigt Kemapack bundesweit Kunden, ihre Pakete und Paletten transportsicher zu verpacken. Ziel ist immer, der unbeschadete Transport zum Empfänger. Mit zwölf Millionen Euro Umsatz gehören die Landsberger zu den Marktführern ihrer Branche. Der Erfolg hat viel mit Wissen zu tun, weil es um Effizienz, Nachhaltigkeit, Ergonomie, Kosten und Digitalisierung geht. Im Interview spricht Inhaber Reinhard Scheuermann über sein Wissensmanagement.
