1 AIDAA Sections of Roma, Napoli, the Italian Air Force Celebrate the Centenary of Foundation

The AIDAA Section of Roma and the Italian Air Force were founded in 1923, and a celebration of the centenary is scheduled in Guidonia on 25 May 2023 in cooperation with the Italia Air Force https://www.aidaa.it/aerospaceitaly2024/100thanniversaryrome/.

The event includes a guided tour of the Guidonia Center for Aerodynamics.


The Section of Napoli was founded on 17 December 2022, and the celebration will take place on 20 April 2023 at CIRA and the University of Napoli Federico II, https://www.aidaa.it/aerospaceitaly2024/100thanniversarynapoli/.

2 27th AIDAA Congress in Padova–Registration has opened

The University of Padova will host the next Congress of AIDAA from 4 to 7th September 2023, https://www.aidaa.it/aidaa2023/. The AIDAA Congress brings together an international community of academic and non-academic delegates to share the latest findings in aeronautics and astronautics science and technology. The AIDAA 2023 technical program will include plenary and parallel sessions, keynote talks, mini-symposia, and other events. Abstracts can be submitted until 16th April 2023, and contributions in all aerospace engineering and science fields are encouraged, including, but not limited to, Aerodynamics and Fluid dynamics, Propulsion, Materials and Structures, Aerospace Systems, Flight Mechanics and Control, Space Systems, and Missions. 3 AIDAA announced the List of Courses 2023

The Italian Association of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIDAA) is pleased to announce the list of courses to be held from March to December 2022, focusing on hard and soft skills covering multiple aerospace topics. Speakers from Italian and international institutions will deliver some twenty courses for graduate students, faculty members, and professionals. 4 Road to 2024: Looking Beyond Exhibition in Milan

The Looking Beyond Exhibition took place in Milan at the STEP FuturAbility District with sixty spectacular images of our planet elaborated by e-GEOS and acquired by the satellites of the Italian constellation owned by the Agenzia Spaziale Italiana and the Ministero della Difesa. The initiative represented a new step towards IAC2024, the 75th edition of the 75th International Astronautical Congress, the most important international event in the space sector hosted by AIDAA and Milan from 11 to 18 October 2024.
