Zusammenfassung
Mikronährstoffe tragen wesentlich dazu bei, dass die Stoffwechselprozesse in unserem Körper optimal funktionieren können. Viele Faktoren können jedoch dazu führen, dass diese Substanzen im Körper nicht in ausreichender Menge zur Verfügung stehen oder dass sie ihre biochemischen Funktionen nicht oder nur ungenügend wahrnehmen können. Dadurch können Mängel, Stoffwechselungleichgewichte und in der Folge Störungen des Wohlbefindens sowie Krankheiten entstehen. Die Datenlage für einen gezielten präventiven und therapeutischen Einsatz von Mikronährstoffen – auch in der Gynäkologie – wird immer breiter. Sie können daher auch bei zahlreichen gynäkologischen Indikationen adjuvant empfohlen werden. Bei richtiger, evidenzbasierter Anwendung besitzen Mikronährstoffe interessante additive Wirkungen mit oft klinisch relevanten Ergebnissen und bei einem guten Nutzen-Risiko-Verhältnis.
Résumé
Les micronutriments apportent une contribution importante au fonctionnement optimal des processus métaboliques de notre corps. De nombreux facteurs peuvent cependant entrainer un manque de disponibilité de ces substances dans le corps ou lʼimpossibilité ou lʼinsuffisance dʼassurer leurs fonctions biochimiques. Cela peut en résulter des déficits, des déséquilibres métaboliques et, par conséquent, des troubles du bien-être et des maladies. Les données disponibles pour une utilisation préventive et thérapeutique ciblée des micronutriments – y compris en gynécologie – sont de plus en plus nombreuses. Ils peuvent donc également être recommandés en tant quʼadjuvants dans de nombreuses indications gynécologiques. Dans le cadre d’une utilisation correcte et sur la base de preuves, les micronutriments ont des effets additifs intéressants avec des résultats souvent cliniquement pertinents et un bon rapport avantage-risque.
