Zusammenfassung
Über die häufigste Krebserkrankung der Frau, das Mammakarzinom, sind heute multiple beinflussbare und nichtbeeinflussbare Risikofaktoren bekannt. Es ist entscheidend, das individuelle Risiko zu kennen, um durch gezielte Massnahmen ebensolches senken zu können. Dieser Übersichtsartikel zeigt die Gewichtung der einzelnen Risikofaktoren als Basis für eine Beratung im ärztlichen Alltag. Präventive Massnahmen sind beispielsweise körperliche Aktivität, Gewichtsreduktion und Senkung des Alkoholkonsums. In bestimmten Konstellationen ist eine genetische Testung sinnvoll; bei sehr hohem Risiko, z. B. durch eine pathogene BRCA-Mutation, kommen auch risikoreduzierende Mastektomien infrage.
Résumé
On connaît aujourd’hui de multiples facteurs de risque influençables et non influençables du cancer du sein, le cancer le plus fréquent chez la femme. Il est décisif de connaître le risque individuel pour pouvoir le réduire par des mesures ciblées. Cet article de synthèse présente la pondération des différents facteurs de risque en tant que base des conseils donnés par le médecin dans le cadre de son travail quotidien. Les mesures préventives comprennent par exemple l’activité physique, la perte de poids et la réduction de la consommation d’alcool. Des tests génétiques sont judicieux dans certaines constellations; lors d’un risque très élevé, p. ex. à cause d’une mutation pathogène de BRCA, on peut envisager aussi des mastectomies pour réduire le risque.
