Zusammenfassung
Die Bestimmung von Hormonen ist in der täglichen Routine ein häufiges Instrument, um verschiedenste Fragestellungen abzuklären. Die am weitesten verbreitete Methode ist die Bestimmung von Steroidhormonen aus venös gewonnenem Serum mit automatisierten immunologischen Bestimmungsmethoden. Daneben gibt es auch die Möglichkeit der Bestimmung von Hormonen aus anderen Probematerialien wir Speichel oder Serum, das aus kapillärer Blutentnahme gewonnen wurde sowie alternative Möglichkeiten der Analytik. Sowohl die Entnahme der Probenmaterialien als auch die Methodik der Analyse bieten Stärken und Schwächen, was die Aussagekraft der ermittelten Werte oder die Leistungsparameter Sensitivität oder Spezifität angeht.
Résumé
Le dosage des hormones est un instrument fréquent dans la routine quotidienne pour clarifier toutes sortes de questions. La méthode la plus répandue consiste à utiliser des tests immunologiques automatisés pour déterminer les taux d’hormones stéroïdiennes dans le sérum obtenu à partir de sang veineux. À part cela, il existe aussi la possibilité d’un dosage d’hormones dans d’autres types d’échantillons tels que la salive ou le sérum obtenu à partir de sang capillaire, ainsi que d’autres méthodes d’analyse. Le prélèvement des échantillons et la méthode d’analyse ont chacun leurs points forts et leurs points faibles concernant la force probante des valeurs obtenues ou les paramètres de fiabilité tels que la sensibilité ou la spécificité.
