Zusammenfassung
Zur bildlichen Darstellung von Mammatumoren stehen mit der Sonographie, der Mammographie und der Kernspintomographie drei physikalisch-technisch unterschiedliche Methoden zur Verfügung. Die Möglichkeiten und Grenzen sind literaturmäßig dargestellt. Es wird dargestellt, dass weder das in Deutschland eingeführte Mammographiescreening noch ein Screening mit einer der anderen Methoden möglich ist. Ein multimodales Früherkennungskonzept wird entwickelt und postuliert.
Résumé
Avec l’échographie, la mammographie et l’IRM, on dispose de trois méthodes de visualisation des tumeurs du sein qui se distinguent par leurs propriétés techniques et physiques. Les possibilités et les limites décrites dans la littérature sont présentées. Il apparaît le dépistage n’est possible ni par mammographie (le système de dépistage introduit en Allemagne), ni par une des autres méthodes. Un concept de dépistage multimodal est développé et vivement recommandé.
