Zusammenfassung

Die erektile Dysfunktion kann verschiedene Ursachen haben. Sie bedarf einer empathischen Exploration der Betroffenen, unterstützt durch Fragebögen, Ultraschall und Labor. Neben der Therapie mit Medikamenten, SKAT (Schwellkörperautoinjektionstherapie) und Vakuumpumpe hat die Physiotherapie des Beckenbodens einen hohen Stellenwert.

Abstract

Erectile dysfunction may have various causes. The exploration of patients requires empathy, supported by questionnaires, ultrasound and blood analyses. In addition to drug therapy, intracavernous autoinjection therapy and a vacuum pump, physiotherapy of the pelvic floor is very important.
