Restart: Weiterbildung Gerontopsychiatrische Pflege neu entwickeln

Zusammenfassung

Das 2-jährige Projekt der Vereinigung der Pflegenden in Bayern (VdPB) überarbeitet die Weiterbildung Gerontopsychiatrische Pflege und Betreuung. Methodisch werden Gruppendiskussionen und Workshops durchgeführt, um Daten zu erheben. Damit wird eine anschlussfähige Weiterbildungsordnung entstehen, welche an die Herausforderungen und Bedarfe der Pflegepraxis anknüpft. Das Projekt hat die Planungsphase abgeschlossen. Aktuell werden Teilnehmende für die Gruppendiskussionen gesucht.
