Zusammenfassung

Im Rahmen der Magnet4Europe-Studie® (M4ES) setzen sich die Universitäts- und Rehabilitationskliniken Ulm intensiv mit der Umsetzung von Shared Governance (SG) auseinander und implementieren eine Council Struktur, in der Mitarbeitende in der direkten Patientenversorgung Entscheidungen treffen, die ihre Praxis betreffen. Erste Erkenntnisse liegen vor. Ein wichtiger Aspekt für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung des SG-Konzepts ist der kollegiale Austausch mit dem Twinningpartner Billings Clinic in Montana, USA.
