Zusammenfassung

In der Praxis erfolgt die Anwendung evidenzbasierter Pflegeinterventionen bei oraler Mukositis unter Chemotherapie bisher noch lückenhaft. Das Pflegepersonal ist laut eigenen Angaben oft unsicher über den richtigen Einsatz der Therapeutika. Daher wurde ein evidenzbasiertes Konzept bezüglich der Prävention und des pflegerischen Umgangs mit oraler Mukositis erstellt und anschließend auf einer onkologischen Station implementiert.
