Zusammenfassung

Anhand von zwei Praxisbeispielen wird ein psychodramatisch-soziodramatischen Supervisionsverständnis plastisch, das ein komplexes System von Wirkfaktoren in der Supervision und im Arbeitsfeld zeigt. Das vorgestellte Modell wird als Leitfaden für interaktive Diagnostik und Beratung genutzt, das schließlich zur Integration von Wissen, Verstehen und Handeln bei den Ratsuchenden führen kann.
