Atriumfibrilleren is een hartritmestoornis die ontstaat door chaotische prikkelvorming in de atria. De behandeling is gericht op het tegengaan van symptomen - zoals hartkloppingen en vermoeidheid - en voorkomen van trombo-embolie. De toets bij dit artikel is goed voor 2 accreditatiepunten.
