Samenvatting
Patiënten met hematologische maligniteiten worden behandeld met een hoge dosis chemotherapie. Hierdoor komen zij in een langdurig neutropene fase (neutrofielen <0.5, leukocyten <1.0) en hebben zij langer dan zeven dagen een sterk verminderde afweer.
