Wat de 21 maatregelen van de Wet IKK (Innovatie Kwaliteit Kinderopvang) inhouden, is wel bekend. Maar op misschien wel de belangrijkste vraag komt maar geen antwoord: wat gaat de Wet IKK ons kosten? Kleine organisaties voelen zich benadeeld. Maar de impact is voor grote organisaties ook heel groot.
