Nathalie Camacho en Sanne Bosmans (van pedagogisch adviesbureau Forsa) zien veel hardwerkende medewerkers vanuit hun passie werken in de babyopvang. De ambitieuze manager of pedagogisch coach doet er alles aan om te zorgen dat de opvang kwalitatief hoog is. Maar: hard werken heeft ook vele nadelen. Volgens hen verbeteren we de babyopvang door eerst te beginnen met ‘niets’ doen.
