Volgens de FNV is de flexibele inzet van pedagogisch medewerkers doorgeschoten en is de ondergrens wel bereikt. Zij noemt werkgevers in de kinderopvang ‘flexverslaafd’. Dit zegt de vakbond naar aanleiding van het rapport over werkdruk en flexibilisering in de kinderopvang.
