Samenvatting

Elk kind moet dezelfde kansen krijgen. Daarom subsidieert Harlingen al jaren de voorscholen in haar gemeente, zodat kinderen gratis twee dagdelen voorschool kunnen krijgen. IKC Sint Michaël, die net de deuren van een speciaal integraal kindcentrum voor nul- tot zesjarigen heeft geopend, staat daar helemaal achter. ‘Gratis voorschool is de toekomst’, zegt directeur Tineke Geertsma (61).
