Samenvatting

Kinderen worden te vroeg of onterecht gelabeld met het stempel ‘ADHD’ of ‘autisme’. Ook VVE-programma’s drukken kinderen te veel in een mal. Dat vindt hoogleraar Sieneke Goorhuis. ‘Zorg voor een rijke spelomgeving en laat kinderen vrij’, zegt zij. Marije Magito, directeur van het Jonge Kind Centrum, denkt daar anders over: ‘Kinderen zijn niet allemaal gelijk, je moet ze bedienen op maat’.
