Samenvatting

Op een voormalig bloembollenveld in Heemskerk bouwden vader en dochter Henk en Dieneke Smit de Reigershoeve. Het duo runt de woonzorgboerderij voor 27 mensen met dementie op geheel eigen wijze. ‘We willen niet uitbreiden, nieuwe locaties openen of veel geld verdienen.’
