Door een aantal medewerkers aan te wijzen als key users, bereidde het Jeroen Bosch Ziekenhuis het personeel voor op het nieuwe epd. De key users verdiepten zich een jaar lang in HiX, zochten naar oplossingen en informeerden de collega’s.
