Iedereen kent het wel: stagiaires die als gevolg van werkdruk ‘vol aan de bak’ moeten. Maar dat is niet de bedoeling. En denk niet altijd het beter te weten, vanwege je ervaring. Stagiaires brengen vaak frisse ideeën in. ‘Probeer daarvoor open te staan.’
