De Inspectie voor de Gezondheidszorg (IGZ) was vaak in het nieuws. Zo is zij bezig met nieuwe observatiemethodes, en was er ophef over de ‘zwarte lijst verpleeghuizen’. Hoofdinspecteur voor de verpleegzorg Anja Jonkers: ‘Die term kwam niet van ons.’ Desalniettemin wordt het toezicht anders aangepakt.
