Verzorgende Barbara Horstman deed onderzoek onder collega’s naar hun lidmaatschap van een vakbond. Tachtig procent blijkt geen lid te zijn. Jammer, vindt ze, want Barbara heeft er zelf in een vorige baan veel aan gehad. Daarom geeft ze enkele tips.
