Samenvatting

De nieuwe Wet kwaliteit, klachten en geschillen zorg (Wkkgz) is primair bedoeld om de positie van de cliënt te versterken. Maar ook verzorgenden krijgen ermee te maken. ‘De vrijblijvendheid gaat eraf, medewerkers worden meer geconfronteerd met: hoe horen wij ons hier te gedragen? En hoe moeten we handelen volgens de richtlijnen?’
