Notes

  1. I was happy to find that Lamine used the case study of the French organic retailer Biocoop. This case study was one of over 20 case studies in the Healtygrowth project, which I had the pleasure to be in together with Claire Lamine (and a number of other esteemed colleagues). The Healthygrowth project focused on how mid-sized organic value chains can scale up and grow while keeping up with their core values. Biocoop was an excellent example of this since it is a retail chain that has experienced considerable growth and considerable controversies around core values.
