Samenvatting

In de huisartsenpraktijk valt het op dat patiënten vaak een voorgestelde antibioticatherapie niet nemen, te laag gedoseerd nemen of vroegtijdig stoppen. Patiënten lijken te weinig kennis te hebben over het belang van de juiste inname van een antibioticum. Meerdere onderzoeken gebeurden al over therapietrouw bij chronisch medicatiegebruik.1,2
