This note aims to correct an error in formula of Thi Hoai An Nguyen et al. (2022). In the version of this article initially published, there was an error in formula in lines 8–10 of page 260.
Original formula in lines 8–10 of page 260:
“For 2021–2025, C0 = 1.95E−2/10.000 km*13.02 km*152 trains/day*365 days = 0.014 collisions/year
For 2025, C0 = 1.95E−2/10.000 km*13.02 km*272 trains/day*365 days = 0.025 collisions/year.”
Will be corrected as:
“For 2021–2025, C0 = 1.95E−2/100.000 km*13.02 km*152 trains/day*365 days = 0.14 collisions/year
From 2026, C0 = 1.95E−2/100.000 km*13.02 km*272 trains/day*365 days = 0.25 collisions/year.”
