Het is februari 2018 als we alweer lekker op weg zijn met het behalen van de jaarplandoelen. Kan je ze nog helder voor de geest halen sinds het vaststellen ervan afgelopen najaar samen met de zwaarbevochten jaarbegroting? Natuurlijk zijn je jaardoelen met draagvlak van medewerkers tot stand gekomen en zijn ze ‘ambitieus’ doch ‘haalbaar’.
