Samenvatting

Managers maken het de professionals in de zorg onnodig moeilijk. Dat vindt organisatiedeskundige Mathieu Weggeman. Bestuurders moeten volgens hem het lef hebben om te zeggen dat artsen en verpleegkundigen wat hen betreft niet de hele tijd formulieren hoeven in te vullen. ‘Elke 20 procent bureaucratie die eraf gaat, betekent meer tijd voor zorg.’
