Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz in Theaterproben

Zusammenfassung

Das Theater als Veranstaltungsort und Produktionsstätte ist eine Art Mikrokosmos mit Arbeitsplätzen aus verschiedensten Branchen. Am Ende eines mehr oder minder langen Produktionsprozesses in Proben steht eine einzelne oder eine Serie von öffentlich zugänglichen Vorstellungen bzw. Aufführungen. Die Arbeitssicherheit und der Gesundheitsschutz sind auch im Theater trotz des künstlerischen Anspruchs bei der Tätigkeit von großer Bedeutung. Der Beitrag enthält eine Darstellung der verschiedenen, für Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz der Bühnenbeschäftigten verantwortlichen Berufsgruppen. Da hierzu auch primär künstlerische Berufsgruppen zählen, kann ein gewisser inhaltlicher Zwiespalt entstehen, der in der vorliegenden Arbeit diskutiert wird.

Abstract

The theater as a venue and production site is a form of microcosm with a diverse range of workplaces. At the end of a variably long production process in rehearsals there is a single or a series of publicly accessible theatrical performances. Despite the artistic demands in a theater, occupational safety and health protection during all activities are of great significance. This article presents the various professional groups in charge of occupational safety and health protection in stage employees. Because artistic professions primarily also belong to these employee groups, they may be caught in a content-related dilemma, which is discussed in this article.
