The investigation concluded that Muhammad Zeeshan Younas had used the material, data and research ideas from Bashir Khan's unpublished thesis without his consent. Additionally, there is a textual overlap with the thesis. Muhammad Zeeshan Younas has not responded to correspondence about the wording of this retraction.
