The development and implementation of this telepsychiatry curriculum were supported by the Washington State Legislature. The Washington State Hospital Association (WSHA) established the Safety-Net Hospital Assessment Bill in 2015 to expand access to psychiatric services throughout the state of Washington. This bill funds the Integrated Care Training Program (ICTP).
