Decision of the Supreme Court (Cour de cassation) 29 June 2016 – Case No. RG 2004/04558; P20130230

Rule 16 of the Implementing Regulations of the Lisbon Agreement of 31 October 1958 allows an interested party to request the invalidation of an appellation of origin registered under this Agreement, although no such procedure is envisaged by French domestic law.
