A University cannot, within the limits of private use based on Art. 19(2) of the Copyright Act, be prohibited from reproducing individual articles from journals or collective volumes held in its library upon request and sending the copies made to the person entitled to private use pursuant to Art. 19(1) of the Act by post or electronic mail.
