The original publication contained an error regarding the appearance-related and vision-related QOL scores. The data as it appears in the abstract (results section) is correct: “The overall GO-QOL score was 60.5 ± 21.8 (vision-related: 58.6 ± 24.0, appearance-related: 62.3 ± 25.1).” However, this data was incorrectly published under the results section in the main text. The first sentence under the subheading “Effect of Thyroid Eye Disease on Quality of Life and Mental Health” should read: “Patient QOL was markedly impaired by TED at the time of survey, as indicated by an overall GO-QOL score of 60.5 ± 21.8, an appearance sub-score of 62.3 ± 25.1, and a visual function sub-score of 58.6 ± 24.0.”
