Bei der Titration eines schnell wirksamen Opioids zur Behandlung von Durchbruchschmerzen geht es darum, in möglichst kurzer Zeit die sicherste wirksame Dosis zu erreichen. Fentanyl-Bukkaltabletten mit 200 statt mit 100 µg zu starten, scheint aber keinen signifikanten Vorteil zu bringen.
