Zusammenfassung
Kopfschmerzen im Alter sind häufig. Sie bedürfen einer besonders sorgfältigen Diagnostik zum Ausschluss symptomatischer Verläufe. Zur Therapie müssen altersspezifische Besonderheiten im Stoffwechsel und von Begleiterkrankungen sowie deren oft umfassende Begleitmedikation berücksichtigt werden.
