Panikattacken und supraventrikuläre Tachykardien zeigen eine breite Überlappung in der Symptomatik. Ein Hauptproblem bei der Differenzialdiagnose: Wie im vorliegenden Fall wird die supraventrikuläre Tachykardie bei Frauen oft übersehen, denn sie leiden häufig unter einer AV-Reentry-Tachykardie mit fehlenden EKG-Auffälligkeiten außerhalb der Attacken, gleichzeitig treten Panikstörung bei ihnen häufiger auf.
