Die Änderungen im EBM betreffen überwiegend die Hausärzte – bis auf eine Ausnahme: Die Pauschale für die fachärztliche Grundversorgung (PFG). Bei Neurologen, Psychiatern und Psychotherapeuten gibt es je nach Zuordnung zu den Fachgruppenkapiteln 16, 21, 22 oder 23 entweder 3,50 E oder 15,90 E mehr je Behandlungsfall – wenn nicht die Ausschlüsse greifen.
