Spricht ein Patient mit Schizophrenie nicht ausreichend auf ein Neuroleptikum alleine an, kann eine Kombination erwogen werden. In diesem Fall aber – so das Ergebnis einer Kalkulation anhand eines mathematischen Modells – ist rasch mit extrapyramidalen Nebenwirkungen zu rechnen.
