Ein 68-jähriger Patient mit Gewichtsverlust und bilateralen orbitalen Pseudotumoren stellt sich stationär vor. In diversen Organsystemen zeigen sich multiple 18F-Fluordesoxyglukose(FDG)-PET-positive Läsionen. Serologisch findet sich eine stark erhöhte IgG4-Konzentration. Die histologische Sicherung der Verdachtsdiagnose „IgG4-assoziierte Erkrankung“ misslingt jedoch. Was nun?
