Bei einem Patienten mit bilateralem sekundären Pneumothorax bei pulmonaler Sarkoidose und Lungenemphysem zeigte sich unter Drainagetherapie ein persistierender Pneumothorax. Die Therapie gestaltete sich komplizierter als gedacht.
