Zusammenfassung
Pneumologische Rehabilitation (PR) ist eine evidenzbasierte, multidisziplinäre Behandlung für Patienten mit chronischen Erkrankungen der Atmungsorgane, die Symptome aufweisen und in ihren Berufs- und/oder Alltagsaktivitäten eingeschränkt sind. Die Effektivität der PR ist u. a. für die Verbesserung der Dyspnoe, der Leistungsfähigkeit und der Lebensqualität auf höchstem Evidenzgrad gesichert. Zukünftig bedarf es einer gezielten, problemzentrierten Zuweisung zu inhaltlich abgestuften PR-Angeboten.
