Der Patient präsentierte sich mit einer ausgeprägte Dyspnoe und einer respriratorischen Globalinsuffizienz. Zunächst bestand der Verdacht auf eine Pneumonie. Als sich dann auch noch die Nierenfunktion verschlechterte, erfolgte eine Nierenbiospie. Sie lieferte die richtige Diagnose.
