Bei pulmonalen Konsolidierungen, erhöhten Infektparametern und Klinik mit Fieber, grippeähnlichen Symptomen sowie Husten (trocken/feucht) ist außer an eine bakterielle auch an eine kryptogene organisierende Pneumonie (COP) zu denken. Bei einer älteren COP-Patientin, die zunächst wie erwartet auf Steroide gut anspricht, kommt es aber bei Dosisreduktion zum Rezidiv. Was nun?
