Zusammenfassung
Damit die Standardtherapie bei Asthma bronchiale optimalen therapeutischen Nutzen mit minimalem Nebenwirkungsrisiko bringen kann, ist die sorgfältige, individuell auf den Patienten abgestimmte Auswahl des Inhalationssystems von entscheidender Bedeutung. Die Zufriedenheit mit dem Device wirkt sich auch auf die Adhärenz aus, die zusammen mit der korrekten Bedienung des Inhalators das Therapieergebnis mitunter stärker bestimmt als die Auswahl eines bestimmten Wirkstoffs.
