Bisher gilt der simplifizierte Grundsatz: Hände weg von der asymptomatischen Aortenklappenstenose. Doch ist dieses Dogma heute noch gerechtfertigt? Mit der TAVI steht schließlich ein sehr sicheres und wenig invasives Therapieverfahren zur Verfügung.
