Neue Studien zur Akuttherapie des ischämischen Schlaganfalls

Im Bereich der Therapie des ischämischen Schlaganfalls scheint ein Paradigmenwechsel möglich. Kann die Therapiestratifizierung mittels spezieller Bildgebung in Zukunft ein dogmatisches Zeitfenster ersetzen? Gilt dies nur für die endovaskuläre Therapie oder auch für die klassische intravenöse Lysetherapie? Erste Studien geben Aufschluss.
