Eine abgestufte Strategie, bei der nach einem Monat von neueren P2Y12-Hemmern auf Clopidogrel umgestellt wird, scheint die duale Plättchenhemmung nach akutem Koronarsyndrom sicherer zu machen. Das Blutungsrisiko wurde damit in der TOPIC-Studie deutlich verringert, ohne dass ischämische Ereignisse zunahmen.
