Wie die Revaskularisierungsstrategie bei STEMI-Patienten mit Mehrgefäßerkrankung auszusehen hat, darüber herrscht immer noch Uneinigkeit. Eine Mehrgefäß-PCI kann Vor-, aber auch Nachteile haben. Nach neueren Studien scheint dieses Vorgehen aber sicher zu sein.
